2. REPORTING COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT
To file a DMCA notice, email our designated agent with ALL of the following:

Identification of the copyrighted work (URL, registration number, etc.).
Infringing Material’s Location on qbooch.com (exact URL).

Response Time: We act on valid notices within 72 hours.
3. COUNTER-NOTIFICATION
If content was removed mistakenly, send a counter-notice with:

Removed Content Identification (original URL).
Good Faith Statement:
“I believe removal was a mistake (e.g., fair use, misidentification).”Consent to Jurisdiction:
“I consent to Georgia federal court jurisdiction.”Your Contact Info (see Section 2).
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT:
We forward your counter-notice to the original claimant.
Removed content may be restored in 10-14 business days unless the claimant files legal action.
4. REPEAT INFRINGER POLICY
Accounts that receive 3+ valid DMCA notices may face:
Permanent suspension.
Termination of wholesale/store partnerships.
Legal action for damages.
